Job summary

You will engage residents in daily activities, assist with dining, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment. Paid training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety, dignity and resident independence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• Engage Memory Care residents with enriching experiences.
