Responsibilities

• carrying out the daily duties of providing personal care tasks in accordance with the resident's individualized service plans
• observing, reporting, and documenting to proper departments
• maintaining required company, state, and federal compliance as well as safety compliance
• working effectively with other team members as well as alone
• must be able to work weekends
