Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide the highest quality care and services to our residents, assisting with Activities of Daily Living, mobility, meals, and safety.

The role offers a full-time schedule Friday through Monday, 2:00pm–10:00pm, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k matching up to 4%. State-required certifications and 1+ year caregiving experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current First Aid & CPR certifications required (as applicable).
• Medication Management Certification required by state where applicable.
• Nurses Aide Certification preferred unless state requires differently.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
• Provide safe transportation and transfers for residents.
• Support residents’ emotional and social well-being with compassionate care.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry tasks as assigned to maintain a clean environment.
• Maintain safety and follow policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
