Job summary

Encore Senior Living's Centerville community is seeking a dedicated Caregiver for full-time day shifts from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm. You will provide personal assistance, help residents with daily activities, and contribute to a warm, home-like environment that supports independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• One-year experience in a health care environment or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• We offer a full training program and are willing to train the right candidate!

Responsibilities

• The Caregiver is responsible for providing personal assistance and routine daily care and services related to the residents, and to enhance the resident’s independence and quality of life.
• The Caregiver is responsible for assisting residents with recreational activities to help maintain their optimum level of functioning.
