Job summary

Belmont Village in Houston is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide hands-on care to seniors in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will support daily living activities, promote engagement, and document care provided in a fast-paced team setting.

Non-NCA required but welcome if licensed; candidates must be 18+, hold a HS diploma, and communicate clearly in English. Flexible full-time shifts with a strong focus on hospitality and resident wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to communicate clearly in English.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as a caregiver or in a related role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Promote socialization while ensuring safety and well-being.
• Document daily care and report changes to supervisors promptly.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with toileting, hygiene and incontinence as needed.
• Prioritize hospitality and resident satisfaction in every interaction.
