Almost Family- Hillsboro is seeking a full-time Caregiver to help seniors and disabled individuals stay independent in their own homes in the Oregon area. You will provide personal care and companionship with a compassionate approach and drive to support client well-being.

The role offers $20-$22 per hour, paid biweekly, and benefits including paid time off, healthcare, development opportunities, and paid training. Must meet background checks and have a driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience caring for seniors or disabled individuals preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Monitor clients' health and document needs.
• Create a safe, supportive home environment.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Transport to appointments and activities.
