Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing and grooming.
• Provide incontinence care with dignity.
• Perform light housekeeping to reduce stress at home.
• Prepare meals to keep seniors healthy.
• Give medication reminders and avoid hospital readmissions.
• Ensure memory care safety and reduce risks.
• Assist with prescribed physical therapy exercises.
