Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Compassionate, patient, and kind with a heart for working with senior adults.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, personal care, and hygiene
• Communicate with other healthcare staff and department personnel; relate information concerning resident’s condition; maintain written records and documentation as required
• Maintain communication with residents, their families, support personnel, etc., to ensure residents’ needs are continually met
