Responsibilities include following healthcare plans, ensuring safety, transporting clients to appointments, and reporting changes in health or needs. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation; 18+ years old.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and access to insured vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care including personal care, medication reminders, and companionship.
• Follow prescribed healthcare plans and daily care schedules.
• Ensure safety and organization of the client's home and transport to medical appointments.
