Right at Home Northeast & Central Nebraska is seeking compassionate Homemaker/Companions to provide in-home care to seniors and adults with disabilities in the Grand Island area. You will assist with daily tasks, offer companionship, and contribute to a supportive home environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Competency Evaluation must be completed.
• Sympathetic attitude toward caring for the sick.
• Read, write, and understand English fluently.
• Valid driver''s license and safe driving ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide homemaker/companion services to clients, including light housekeeping.
• Establish partner relationships and offer companionship during activities.
• Assist with meal preparation and grocery shopping as needed.
• Travel between clients with paid travel time and mileage.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
