Belmont Village Senior Living in California is seeking dependable Caregivers to provide hands-on care and support to seniors in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You’ll work as part of a collaborative care team, assisting residents with daily activities while fostering comfort, wellbeing, and quality of life.

Qualifications include being at least 18, high school diploma or equivalent, clear English communication, and experience as a caregiver or related training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training.
• Must be able to effectively use company issued electronic devices for job-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents.
• Promote socialization and encourage participation in community activities while prioritizing safety and well-being.
• Document and maintain accurate records of daily care and services provided; report changes to supervisors.
• Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
• Make hospitality and resident satisfaction top priorities in every interaction.
