Job summary

HomeWell Care Services of Crystal Lake is seeking experienced caregivers to support seniors in Crystal Lake, IL and nearby communities. You will provide personal care, mobility assistance, and companionship in clients' homes.

The role offers starting pay of $19+ per hour with weekly pay, flexible scheduling, full-time and part-time opportunities, and bonuses. Prior caregiving experience, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and authorization to work in the U.S. are required.

Qualifications

• Prior professional caregiving experience required
• Comfortable with hands-on personal care
• Dependable, compassionate and professional
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation to client homes
• Weekend availability preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and personal care
• Support mobility, transfers and safe ambulation
• Provide companionship and meaningful interaction
• Prepare light meals and assist with light household tasks
• Provide medication reminders
• Document visits using our mobile app
