Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services – The Woodlands is growing and seeks compassionate, dependable caregivers for non-medical in-home care in The Woodlands and Spring areas. You’ll help clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and follow care plans to support independence.

We offer hands-on training, ongoing education, and opportunities for advancement. Pay ranges from $14 to $25 per hour, with eligibility for bonuses and benefits based on certification and experience.

Qualifications

• Provide compassionate, dependable non-medical care to clients in homes and communities.
• Assist with activities of daily living and provide companionship and emotional support.
• Follow individualized care plans and document/communicate changes to the office.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, dependable non-medical care to clients in homes and communities.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Observe and report changes in a client's condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with the office.
