Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help with meal preparation and medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks and run errands for clients.
• Monitor and report changes in client’s health status.

Skills

1+ year of experience in assisted living or senior care environments

Knowledge of HIPAA regulations

Proficiency in caregiving techniques

Ability to manage challenging behaviors effectively

Familiarity with home care systems

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
