Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in senior care or similar environments.
• Valid ID and Social Security Card required.
• Driver's License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help with meal preparation and reminders for medication.
• Perform light housekeeping and escort clients to appointments.
• Monitor changes in client’s health status and report them.

Skills

Experience in assisted living or senior care environments

Knowledge of HIPAA regulations

Proficiency in caregiving techniques

Ability to manage challenging behaviors effectively

Familiarity with home care systems

Background in childcare, social work, or related fields

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
