Job summary

Visiting Angels Greater Philadelphia is seeking a caring Caregiver to support clients in Unionville, PA and surrounding areas. The role emphasizes personal care, companionship, meal prep, and errand support, with flexible scheduling and ongoing training.

Qualified applicants have at least 1 year of caregiver experience, a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass health screenings including TB and COVID tests.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age with at least a High School Diploma.
• Minimum of one year experience as a caregiver or similar role.
• TB Test and health screenings (2-step PPD/Chest X-Ray/Quantiferon).
• Valid Driver's License.
• COVID test required within 2 weeks of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation, grocery shopping and errands.
• Provide personal care including bathing and grooming.
• Deliver non-medical home care services as needed.
• Offer companionship and friendship to seniors and family.
• Maintain clear communication with seniors, coworkers and office staff.
