Home Matters Caregiving is seeking experienced caregivers to join our team in the Greater Pittsburgh area. We emphasize a caregiver-first philosophy and aim to build strong relationships with clients through compassionate, reliable care.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, meal preparation, mobility and transfers, companionship, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Starting pay is $14/hr, with higher pay based on experience and performance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience with seniors.
• Strong communication and language skills.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Maintain a clean and safe home environment.
• Follow care plans and communicate changes to healthcare professionals.
