As a Home Matters caregiver, you’ll provide essential daily living support, companionship, and personalized care to our clients.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Support mobility and transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for clients
• Follow care plans and communicate changes in condition to appropriate staff
