Job summary

Adultcare Assistance Homecare is seeking compassionate caregivers for in-home care in the Goodyear/Litchfield Park area. You will support seniors with daily living activities, transport to appointments, and medication reminders, all while maintaining a safe and dignified environment.

We offer pay ranges from $17 to $20 per hour for full-time and part-time shifts, with onboarding training and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Reliable vehicle with current insurance is required.
• Experience providing in-home elder care preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and family members.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming and incontinence care.
• Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Remind and assist with medications as needed.
• Drive clients to appointments, events, or errands.
• Ensure client safety and monitor health changes.
• Support memory care and therapeutic exercises prescribed by caregivers.
