Qualifications

• Pass a criminal background check as part of the hiring process.
• Pass a drug screening test prior to start date.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Drive seniors to appointments, meetings, and church services.
• Assist with bathing and grooming to support dignity and hygiene.
• Provide incontinence care management and assist with daily activities.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, stress-free home environment.
• Prepare meals and assist with nutritious options.
• Provide medication reminders to support health and prevent hospitalizations.
• Support safety through memory care practices and supervision.
• Assist with simple physical therapy exercises as directed.
