Job summary

Mosaic Management invites compassionate caregivers to join a senior living community where every day makes a difference. You will deliver hands-on support, help residents with daily activities, and promote dignity and joy in daily living.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and experience in caregiving or healthcare. Strong English communication, patience, and teamwork are essential, with flexibility to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred; healthcare or long-term care valued.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Must demonstrate patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support seniors.
• Knowledge of assisted living, memory care, and related regulations preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care and support including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and feeding as needed.
• Monitor residents' comfort and promptly address needs.
• Record vital signs and observe changes per Mosaic policies.
• Document care and observations in compliance with regulatory requirements.
