Job summary

Peaceful Pines Senior Living in Huron seeks a caring Caregiver to support residents across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor well-being, and foster a warm, respectful home-like atmosphere.

You will collaborate with nursing and life enrichment teams, document care, and respond to call lights with urgency and empathy. Training and a compassionate team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in elder care preferred.
• Ability to communicate with residents compassionately.
• Ability to follow care plans and report changes to nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, mobility and transfers.
• Provide support with eating, hydration, and overall comfort.
• Document resident care and report health or behavioral changes to supervisors.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence in daily routines.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and social interactions.
• Maintain a warm, home-like environment and teamwork with other staff.
