Sr Companies in The Glen Villas - Cumming, GA is seeking a compassionate Direct Care Aide to assist residents with daily living activities and promote a respectful, safe environment. You will support dining, housekeeping, laundry, mobility, and leisure activities while encouraging independence and dignity.

You will follow policies, maintain HIPAA compliance, communicate with residents and families, and work as part of a caring team to deliver high-quality resident-centered care daily.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and policies.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and respond to emergencies.

Mansioni

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including dressing, grooming, toileting and hygiene.
• Serve and assist residents in the dining room at meals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents.
• Observe and report changes in health or emotional well-being to supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with residents in a language they understand.
• Follow HIPAA regulations and protect resident privacy.
