Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Ability to organize time and work well in a team.
• Willingness to follow dress requirements and maintain a neat appearance.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and spending long periods walking/standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident services including personal care, medication reminders, meal services and social activities.
• Assist with resident medications as directed and within regulations.
• Review resident Service Plans to support needs and preferences.
• Respond to calls and emergencies promptly according to training.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and support infection control procedures.
• Document changes in resident needs and health status per procedures.
• Encourage participation in activities and support social engagements.

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
