The role focuses on ADL assistance and medication management, maintaining dignity, and engaging residents through activities that support social, emotional, and physical well-being.

Responsibilities

• Enter the resident’s apartment as a guest and be prepared to assist them with restoring hope, dignity, and a path to self-actualization.
• Assist residents with ADL’s and medication management, while maintaining the resident’s dignity.
• Interact with all residents through activities that promote social, emotional and physical well-being.
• Demonstrate a positive image/attitude and work with a team in a fast-paced environment.
