Qualifications

• Caregiving or Med Tech experience required.
• Experience with elderly residents and memory impairment preferred.
• PCA required in NC and VA.

Responsibilities

• Follow protocols for documenting medication and restocking med carts.
• Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, toileting, dressing, and mobility.
• Participate in shift change meetings and communicate resident status.
• Respond to the resident emergency call system promptly.
• Provide emotional support and maintain resident dignity and safety.
• Complete required documentation (resident care summaries, 24-hour reports, logs).
