Brightview Senior Living is seeking compassionate team members to provide personal care, engage with residents, and support daily living activities at our Virginia communities. You will monitor changes in residents’ needs and collaborate with nursing staff to update care plans, while encouraging participation in community programs and activities.

Qualifications

• You have a positive attitude and love working with people!
• You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• You're certified as a Medication Aide (NJ) or Technician (MD, RI, PA, VA).

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support and companionship.
• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
