Job summary

LCB Senior Living, LLC is hiring CNAs/HHAs at The Residence at Boylston Place to provide compassionate resident care and support for daily living activities.

You will document services, monitor health status, and participate in therapeutic programming to enhance resident dignity and independence. Weekend availability and competitive hourly wages are offered, with full-time and part-time options.

Qualifications

• Ability to use a computer for documenting services provided.
• Fluent English communication, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Promote the mission and core values of the Residence and LCB Senior Living to residents and staff.
• Grow community occupancy by engaging with potential residents and families.
• Complete orientation training prior to duties.
• Assist residents with medications as per state regulations and document appropriately.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide assistance with daily living tasks.
• Monitor changes in resident needs and report to RN.
• Assist residents with clothing, laundry, and maintaining their units.
• Escort residents to meals and activities as needed.
• Document services provided and input data into the computer system.
• Facilitate cognitive, social, physical activity, and spiritual programs.
• Participate in ongoing in-service trainings.
