Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking Care Attendant Non Certified staff in Missouri to help residents with daily living activities, dining, and light housekeeping. This role supports residents across assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care within a faith-based community.

Training will enable cross-coverage across care levels. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and genuine compassion for seniors.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Genuine compassion and patience for senior adults.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, dining, and light housekeeping.
• Help with laundry, bed making, and keeping rooms clean and orderly.
• Assist dietary staff with serving meals and observing residents while eating.
• Deliver meal trays and provide meal service as needed.
• Be cross-trained to work in all levels of care (AL, SNF, memory care).
