Diversicare is a post-acute care provider operating 61 skilled nursing and long-term care centers across eight states, focused on delivering exceptional healthcare. We seek caring team members to support residents with daily living activities in a warm, professional environment.

As a full-time caregiver, you will participate in resident care, hydration, nutrition support, and coordination with center staff to ensure safety and comfort while upholding our Service Standards and mission to improve

Qualifications

• Past experience in providing personal care.
• Verbal ability to communicate with residents and read instructions from nursing staff.
• A preference for performing direct care services.

Responsibilities

• May assist residents with dressing and personal cares to support comfort and safety.
• Respond to residents promptly to ensure maximum comfort and privacy.
• Assist residents by ambulation or wheelchair to dining, lobby, and activities.
• Serve meals and help with eating as needed and prepare for meals.
• Report significant findings or changes to staff and management.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties and follow infection control practices.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality and communicate with residents and families.
• Support continuous quality improvement and follow up on actions.
