Job summary

Qualifications

• Provide personal care and services for residents including ADLs.
• Must read, write and perform simple calculations.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 75 lb unassisted and 125 lb with assistance.
• Drug-free workplace with background checks and substance abuse testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families and guests.
• Respond to pull cords and calls for assistance.
• Assist residents during emergencies.
• Assist with ADLs (ambulating, transfers, bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, meals).
• Monitor and support daily personal hygiene of residents.
• Assist residents with medications.
• Serve residents in dining room professionally.
• Clean apartments and common areas; launder clothing and linens.
• Accompany residents to scheduled appointments.
