Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; must speak, read and write in English.
• Must be able to physically lift a minimum of 40 lbs. and assist children into/out of a vehicle.
• Demonstrates empathy for each child's challenges and adjusts to individual needs.
• Experience with school-aged students (pre-K to age 21) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation for students and ensure safety on routes.
• Assist children into and out of the vehicle and monitor behavior as needed.
• Create a positive, caring atmosphere and serve as a role model on the bus.
