Qualifications

• Current unencumbered state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an RN preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ health needs and develop and implement care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and report changes to staff.
• Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of treatment.
• Document patients’ progress and outcomes in electronic medical records.
• Stay up-to-date with current nursing research and best practices.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skills.
