Responsibilities

• Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents
• Safely administer medications and treatments
• Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions
• Maintain accurate medical records and care plans
• Report changes in resident status to physicians and leadership; collaborate with LPNs, STNAs, physicians, and families
