Camellia Gardens Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation in North Carolina seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team. You will deliver resident-centered care, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in North Carolina.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Strong clinical judgment, assessment and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans.
• Prepare and administer medications (oral, subcutaneous, and IV) and document treatments and resident responses.
• Monitor residents and report adverse reactions.
• Provide direct bedside care for a wide range of medical conditions, including pre- and post-surgical residents.
• Monitor and manage specialized medical equipment and interpret electronic clinical data.
• Respond promptly to changes in resident condition and initiate appropriate interventions.
• Perform wound care, catheter insertion, specimen collection, and other nursing procedures as needed.
• Educate residents and families regarding procedures, treatments, and ongoing care plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation.
• Participate in discharge planning and continuity of care coordination.
