Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Princeton is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, individualized care in a rehab setting. You will assess patients, develop tailored care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support healing and functional recovery.
Ideal candidates hold an active RN license with CPR, and preferably ACLS and CRRN credentials, plus experience in rehabilitation.
Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
- CPR certification required; ACLS preferred.
- CRRN certification preferred.
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.
Responsabilités
- Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families to support recovery.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care and direct patient care when needed.
- Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting complex patient needs and inquiries.
- Celebrate patient victories and milestones to motivate and engage the care team.
