Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor of Science in nursing required.
• CGRN preferred.
• RN license with BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
• Knowledge of health and safety guidelines (sanitation, decontamination).
• Excellent patient experience skills.

Responsabilités

• Assess assigned patients and evaluate plans with documentation of nursing care.
• Review, evaluate, and report diagnostic tests to assess patient’s condition.
• Consult with physicians and other healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures and provide information on treatment plans.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate records per regulations and orders.
• Communicate plan of care to patient, family, and team, ensuring HIPAA compliance.
• Assist discharge planning using available resources.
• Plan and adjust assignments to deliver superior patient care.
• Safely operate medical equipment.
• Serve as a preceptor and provide feedback to new staff.
