Job summary

Atlantic Health in Summit, New Jersey is seeking a Registered Nurse to collaborate with the healthcare team, monitor patients, administer medications and maintain detailed records. The role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care across a range of conditions in a dynamic hospital setting.

The ideal candidate will hold an active RN license in New Jersey, be BLS certified, and have a nursing degree from an accredited program.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
BLS certification.

Responsibilities

Maintains accurate, complete health care records and reports.
Administers medications to patients and monitors them for side effects and reactions.
Prescribes assistive medical devices and related treatments.
Monitors, reports, and records symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
Assesses, implements, plans, or evaluates patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.
Records patient vital signs and medical information.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
