Wind River Family and Community Health Care in Riverton, WY seeks a dedicated nursing assistant to support physicians and mid-level providers. You will perform patient assessments, document complaints, vital signs, medications, and allergies, and assist with procedures as needed.

In this role you will triage acutely ill patients, communicate concerns through the chain of command, and contribute to safe, compassionate care under standing orders and supervision.

Formación

• Must hold CNA certification and be eligible for licensure in Wyoming.
• Ability to perform patient assessments and document findings accurately.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with providers.

Responsabilidades

• Perform patient assessments and document patient complaints, vitals, medications, and allergies.
• Observe and record patient behavior and responses to treatment.
• Assist providers with examinations and procedures as directed.
• Triage acutely ill patients and facilitate timely care.
• Document medications and patient care in an accurate and timely manner.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans.
