Formación

• 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience required.
• Current RN license in United States (state license).
• BCLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates and delivers patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and documents findings.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors side effects.
• Collaborates with physicians, nurses, and staff to plan care.
• Assists with procedures within competency and scope.
• Maintains infection control and patient safety standards.
• Provides patient and family education on conditions and discharge care.
