Job summary

This role offers flexible scheduling across day and night shifts to accommodate personal needs while upholding high standards of resident care.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, document in EMAR/EHR, collaborate with CNAs and the interdisciplinary team, and help

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in Kentucky.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or nursing home preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work assigned shifts.
• Commitment to compassionate, professional resident care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per orders and policy.
• Assess (RN) or monitor (LPN) resident conditions and report changes.
• Provide direct nursing care in skilled nursing and long-term care setting.
• Document care and treatments in EMAR/EHR.
• Collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary team to deliver care.
• Assist with care planning and follow care plans.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Contribute to a respectful, resident-centered environment.
