Job summary

AristaCare at East Falls is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to residents based on their individual needs. You will administer medications, monitor health, and participate in care planning.

Shifts are 7AM-7PM. A PA RN license and CPR certification are required; IV certification and long‑term care experience are preferred. AristaCare offers competitive pay and benefits through our in‑house Talent Acquisition team.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Pennsylvania.
• CPR certification.
• IV certification (preferred).
• Long‑term care experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Administer and supervise medications
• Monitor resident health and well‑being
• Assess physical and mental status
• Develop and update individualized care plans
• Lead and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure excellent resident care
