Job summary

Excelcare at Lewes is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our long-term care team. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications per physician orders, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to update resident care plans.

In this role you will supervise LPNs and CNAs, uphold compliance standards, and document accurately to support resident well-being. We value compassionate, resident-focused care and strong clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
