Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing
• BSN preferred
• National certification in area of specialty preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation) using evidence-based practice
• Delivers relationship-based, patient-centered care across diverse populations
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care
• Ensures timely documentation and participates in performance improvement initiatives
