US Healthcare Consulting Holdings LLC is seeking a compassionate RN for a skilled nursing setting in Birmingham, AL, to provide direct resident care and support families. You will assess residents, update care plans, administer meds, and lead CNAs during shifts.

Work with physicians and the care team to make the right calls, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold infection control practices. Alabama RN license and CPR required; new grads considered with the right attitude.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Alabama.
• Long-term care experience is a plus.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents and closely monitor their status.
• Assess residents, help build and update care plans, and flag changes early.
• Give medications and treatments safely and on time.
• Lead and support CNAs, setting the pace for the shift.
• Coordinate with physicians and the care team to make informed calls.
• Keep documentation accurate and complete.
• Be a calm, clear point of contact for residents and families.
• Maintain infection control practices and keep the unit ready for surveys.
