North Shore Healthcare in Soldiers Grove, WI seeks an RN to join our team on all shifts across full-time, part-time, and casual roles. The RN provides resident-centered care under supervision, assessing, implementing, and evaluating plans of care while maintaining standards of care and safety.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, CPR certification, and strong teamwork. We offer health/dental/vision benefits, shift differentials for PM/NOC, and a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• An RN with an active license and a heart for elder care.
• Must have and maintain current CPR certification.
• Able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Demonstrated basic computer knowledge and ability with an aptitude to learn company applications.
• Skilled nursing experience preferred—but passion and attitude matter most.
• New graduates welcome with training and support provided.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, RN assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of residents/patients for a shift of duty.
• Nursing care is provided through assessment, implementations, and evaluation of the plan of care.
• The RN adheres to the standards of care, supervises nursing assistants and helpers, and follows North Shore policies and procedures.
