Job summary

Masonic Village Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in New Jersey is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, and follow individualized care plans. The RN must possess a New Jersey license, CPR/BLS, and strong documentation and communication skills to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.

We offer full-time, part-time and per-diem opportunities with daily pay and shifts (7 AM - 3 PM, 3 PM - 11 PM, 11 PM - 7 AM).

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in New Jersey.
• Valid BLS CPR certification.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with standards and physician's plan and written care plan.
• Follow care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for quality resident care.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
