Job summary
Lawrenceville Health and Rehabilitation in Lawrenceville, VA is seeking Part-Time Registered Nurses (RNs) to be the heart of skilled care. Shifts available: Part Time Evenings; 8 hour shifts. Rate of pay: $36.50 to $41.73 per hour (plus shift differentials).

Qualifications
- Active Virginia RN license required.
- CPR/BLS certification required.
- Experience in long term care or skilled nursing preferred.
- Strong documentation and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Team player with clear communication and compassion for seniors.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to meet resident needs per standards and orders.
- Plan and monitor nursing interventions for each resident.
- Evaluate care effectiveness and develop alternative plans as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments per policy.
- Transcribe orders and document resident progress accurately.
- Identify changes in condition and report to supervisor, physician and family.
- Coordinate rehabilitation with therapists to meet needs.
- Support CNA staff and ensure proper documentation.
