Qualifications

• Must hold RN license in the State of Georgia
• BLS Basic Life Support required; ACLS/PALS may be required in some areas
• Experience in direct patient care preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills expected

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation) with evidence-based practice
• Delivers relationship-based, patient-centered care considering diverse populations
• Collaborates with care team through rounds, handoffs and teaching to achieve safety and quality goals
• Maintains adherence to standards, policies and professional ethics to ensure optimal patient outcomes
