Job summary

You will participate in rounds, handoffs, and care planning, ensuring privacy and informed consent while maintaining professional accountability and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• BSN and current Indiana RN license required.
• BSN within five years for hires after 2014 or as required by policy.
• BCLS within 90 days of hire; ACLS within 1 year; NRP within 90 days.
• PALS within 1 year; EKG class within 1 year; 12-lead EKG within 1 year.
• TNCC within 2 years; maintain required certifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Apply nursing process with Relationship Based Care framework.
• Establish strong patient and family relationships and teamwork.
• Collaborate with clinical and ancillary staff to ensure quality care.
• Participate in rounds, handoffs, and bedside reports with clear communication.
